My name is Cadi Clayton, but my students know me as Ms. Cadi.
I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education.
I have been teaching for 25 years, with the past 20 years spent in the Deer Valley Unified School District. During my career in DVUSD, I have taught developmental preschool, kindergarten, and first grade. For the past three years, I have also had the opportunity to serve as a mentor for developmental preschool teachers.
I am excited to be returning to the classroom to teach developmental preschool. I truly enjoy helping young children learn, grow, and discover the world around them.
I have three children who attended schools in DVUSD and have all graduated. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, jeeping, hiking, and staying active with new adventures. I also love to spend time with my family and friends.
