I am thrilled to be your child's 6th grade Math and Science teacher this year! My journey in education has been incredibly rewarding. I previously taught 5th grade for two years before joining the Deer Valley Unified School District in December 2023. I am excited to continue growing alongside my students and helping them build confidence in math and science.
Outside the classroom, I am a proud mom to two wonderful daughters—and this year, we are all Pirates! As a family, we love spending time outdoors, especially at our cabin in Payson. One of my favorite hobbies is fishing because it gives us the perfect balance of excitement, relaxation, and quality family time while enjoying the beauty of nature.
I am looking forward to getting to know each of my students and partnering with your family to make this school year a success. My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, challenged, supported, and confident in their ability to learn. Together, we'll make this a year filled with curiosity, growth, and meaningful learning experiences. I can't wait to see all that we'll accomplish together!
