Hello! I’m so excited to start my second year of teaching.
My path to becoming a teacher was a bit of a surprise! I studied Psychology and Family Studies in College, but after spending time as a substitute teacher (here at Norterra Canyon), I realized that being in a classroom is exactly where I’m meant to be.
My goal this year is to spark a deeper passion for reading and writing in all of us. I am so excited for you to discover the joy of getting lost in a new book! We will also explore the world around us, nurturing our curiosity through science. I truly look forward to learning and growing alongside you, we are going to have so much fun this school year!
When I’m not at school, I love listening to new music, going to concerts, and thrifting for fun finds. I also love soaking up the sun outdoors, but my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and my twin boys. I can't wait to learn all about you this year!
